Cleveland Browns: 3 early season games that will set tone for 2022

Week 4: Cleveland Browns @ Atlanta Falcons
When you think of the Atlanta Falcons this might seem like a certain victory for the Browns early in the season. The Falcons don’t have their franchise quarterback anymore there in Matt Ryan, who went to the Indianapolis Colts in free agency.
The Falcons seemed to be in the running for Cleveland’s new quarterback Deshaun Watson this past winter. They lost in those trade talks and now they have quarterback journeyman Marcus Mariota, the former No. 2 pick of the 2015 NFL Draft leading their team.
Cleveland will have just faced the Steelers in their Thursday Night Game the previous week. They’ll have an extra few days off, so being prepared shouldn’t be an issue for them. But thinking you’re better than a team in the NFL can be a dangerous thing on any given Sunday.
Cleveland will have to travel to Atlanta for this one and winning on the road can be tough.
This game could be an air raid as the Falcons drafted wide receiver Drake London, out of USC and they already had their tight end, Kyle Pitts. Both are giants and both can make big plays for their team. The Cleveland secondary will get a lot of work in this game so they need to bring their best efforts.
This just feels like one of those trap games for the Browns. They have the Los Angeles Chargers and New England Patriots on the docket the next two Sundays so not overlooking the Falcons and taking care of business will be vital.
