Cleveland Browns 2022 schedule: Most worrisome 4 game stretch
By Greg Newland
Cleveland Browns mos worrisome stretch — Game No. 2: Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins are a very interesting team. They had a weak schedule in 2021 but performed very well. They started the year slow but then won eight of their last nine games and still fired their coach.
This will be the easiest of the four-game stretch for the Cleveland Browns, but there is no doubt that being in Miami can be a huge distraction for players. Keeping focused and remaining in the hotel can always be a big ask when that close to South Beach.
The Dolphin’s big question will be at quarterback. The defensive will be stout, but I see the team going as far as Tua Tagovailoa allows them. He struggled in portions of 2021, but then also had flashes of greatness.
This is a game that Cleveland can win, and should win, but coming off the bye it will be important for Kevin Stefanski to make sure that this team is focused as ever. Not only will it be easy to relax going to Miami, but it will also be difficult for the team to not look ahead at the next two daunting opponents.
This game could be one of the most pivotal of the season. If the Browns lose here and drop the prior game to the Bengals, you could be starring down the barrel of a four-game losing streak which would be a disaster.
