Toughest quarterback Cleveland Browns will face in 2022 No. 2:

Josh Allen – Buffalo Bills – Week 11

Here’s a guy that you could legitimately say is the very best quarterback in the NFL. Josh Allen is that dude — and if he is not the top dog in the QB yard, then he is awfully close.

The Buffalo Bills hit the jackpot when they drafted Allen with the seventh overall pick in the 2018 draft, you know, the same draft that saw Mayfield and Jackson also get drafted. While he doesn’t have the hardware that Jackson does, he still might be the best quarterback from this draft class.

In his 61-game career, Allen has thrown for 14,114 yards, 103 touchdowns, and 46 interceptions. Much like Jackson, Allen gets it done with his legs as well, as he has rushed for 2,325 yards and 31 touchdowns. The dual-threat ability will test the defense of the Browns all afternoon long when Buffalo will play host in Week 11.

This game has the possibility of being flexed to Sunday Night Football, which would be a cool thing to see as it would pit the two teams that play near Lake Erie against one another. Imagine a late November evening in Buffalo. Sounds like a great scene to me. This could also factor into playoff seeding, so a win against Allen and the Bills could be huge for the Browns.

Before all of that plays out and unfolds, Allen will team up with Patrick Mahomes to take on Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers in “The Match” a charity golf match on June 1. That should be a lot of fun as the previous ones have been as well.
