Browns announce training camp dates for 2022
By Jacob Roach
The Cleveland Browns have announced report dates for training camp as well as the days that are open to fans to attend starting next month.
The Cleveland Browns will begin training camp towards the end of July and have announced report dates for rookies, veterans, and the open practice days for fans. Rookies will report to camp on July 22nd with the rest of the players reporting four days later on July 26th.
The Browns will have open days for fans for 11 practices during camp beginning Saturday, July 30th. The following days will be open to fans: July 30th, August 1-3, August 5-7, August 9, and August 14-16.
Fans looking to attend one of these practices can go to ClevelandBrowns.com to get tickets, up to 4 per date for no charge as long as that date is not sold out. Last season fans were in attendance but there were still some limited COVID-19 protocols in place that limited things such as player interaction after practice.
Players were not able to talk with fans and sign autographs after practice due to these protocols and it looks like that will be a change this season with most COVID-19 protocols being done away with. With a roster that has plenty of talent on it, fans will likely pour into Berea to get their first look at the team and tickets will likely go fast.
Training camp is the first real day that signal football is just around the corner and with it set to open next month, the season will be here before we know it.
