The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including the hearing for Deshaun Watson heading into Day 3

Deshaun Watson joined the Cleveland Browns with a ton of baggage looming over his head due to 22 accusations of sexual misconduct. That number grew to 24, but Watson settled 20 of those — likely hoping it would help his chances of playing as soon as possible.

Now, he’s been facing league discipline and has had two days of hearings take place. After meeting with Sue L. Robinson on Tuesday and Wednesday, the case will continue on Thursday. At this point, we don’t know when the meetings will conclude nor when the league will announce the penalty for Watson.

A story about the hearings spilling over to Thursday leads off today’s Daily Dawg Tags.

Cleveland opened themselves up to a ton of criticism by adding Watson and this continued discipline hearing is only part of the drama they have to deal with. They need to see Watson on the field for several years and find a way to win a ton of football to even begin to convince fans it was worth it to jump into these waters.
