No. 2: David Bell

Even with the addition of Amari Cooper, the Browns need massive production behind him. In what seems like a complete re-vamp of their receiver room, new quarterback Deshaun Watson will have a fresh slate of guys to build chemistry with.

Rookie David Bell is another pick alongside Winfrey who seems to just be loaded with upside. Coming with many different accolades from college like Big Ten receiver of the year and First Team AP All-American, Bell has a track record and has proven he can provide major impact.

While it is easy to sit here and say Bell will be able to provide a major boost to an offense, his situation remains a little different, because again he enters the NFL into a receiver room that is desperate for immediate help.

It doesn’t always work out that way, however, because when it comes to receivers, usually you need to be a top pick and a star on everyone’s draft board to have immediate and known success in the league. Bell, however, will have the chance to do just that while being a third-round pick, not a top “lottery” receiver.

Whether it ends up being Watson or newly-acquired Jacoby Brissett to start the season, I’m confident Bell will be able to build strong chemistry with both, enabling him to have success no matter the situation in Cleveland.
