Prospect No. 3: BJ Ojulari, Edge Rusher, LSU

Cleveland has a pretty good group of edge rushers right now, but we don’t know if that part of the team will continue to be strong. They have veterans Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney on the edges currently, but does Clowney consider leaving again after this season like he had last season?

Cleveland did draft, Alex Wright, from UAB too this past offseason and there is much anticipation for his development. But the need to build up this position on the team will continue to be a priority.

We now introduce you to B.J. Ojulari an edge rusher from LSU. The Browns do have a thing for players from LSU including safety Grant Delpit, linebacker Jacob Phillips, and cornerback Greedy Williams so landing another Tiger standout wouldn’t surprise me at all.

Ojulari started out as a linebacker and then went to defensive end this past season. He really turned it on defensively with the change as he recorded 54 tackles with 12 of those for losses and seven sacks.

Ojualari’s older brother, Azeez is already an NFL player with the New York Giants so the bloodline would suggest he’s about to have a great junior campaign down at LSU. His quickness and great first step along with a variety of ways to attack his opponent with moves along the line will make him a hot prospect in next season’s draft.
