3 Cleveland Browns trade targets ahead of Week 1
By Randy Gurzi
The Cleveland Browns have a couple of needs left on their roster and could try and fill them through trades ahead of Week 1
After making the necessary moves to get down to 53 players, the Cleveland Browns proved they’re still willing to look around the league for players who can help them win. That was shown when they added Kellen Mond, who was waived by the Minnesota Vikings.
Adding another quarterback wasn’t something many predicted but general manager Andrew Berry has never had an issue going against the grain to find talent. That’s why it would make sense for him to call other teams to see if they can swing a deal to fill their few remaining holes.

3. Graham Glasgow, Center/Guard
Listed on the Denver Broncos depth chart as a guard, Graham Glasgow has experience at center as well, starting 16 games there in 2018 for the Detroit Lions. A former third-round pick from Michigan, he joined Denver in 2020 and started 20 games over the past two seasons at right guard.
He’s also spent plenty of time at left guard, but it’s his experience as the man in the middle of the line that makes sense for Cleveland. Right now, Ethan Pocic is slated to start — following the loss of Nick Harris — and Michael Dunn is the No. 2 option.
If there’s any hesitation at all from the front office with starting Pocic, it might be worth seeing what it would take to bring in the veteran who is now set to come off the bench for the Broncos. The worst that happens by making such a move is the Browns land another versatile player who can fill in ay several spots on the line.
