Browns vs. Falcons: Prediction and odds for Week 4
By Randy Gurzi
The Cleveland Browns hit the road to take on the Atlanta Falcons. Here are the odds as well as a prediction for the Week 4 game.
A huge win on Thursday Night Football put the Cleveland Browns in first place in the AFC North and they could remain there if they secure a win in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons.
This will be the first meeting between the two teams since 2018, which was when the Browns shocked Atlanta at home thanks in large part to Nick Chubb running a franchise-record 92-yard touchdown run.
This time, the meeting will be in Atlanta and the Browns are going to be leaning heavily on Chubb as well as Amari Cooper, who has become a star wideout for them with back-to-back 100-yard games.
Here we look ahead to the game with the odds as well as a final score prediction.
Browns vs. Falcons Odds Week 4
Cleveland is favored to start the week, but not by much. Right now, they’re at -1.5 points and the moneyline stands at -120 for the road team. As for the Falcons, they’re at +102 and the over/under is 49.5.
Browns vs. Falcons Prediction Week 4
One of the big surprises in the entire NFL this season is the way Jacoby Brissett has been playing. He’s completed 66.3 percent of his throws for 596 yards with four touchdowns against just one pick. He should be able to keep that going as the Falcons are 27th in the NFL in yards surrendered — but the running game should do well also since they’re 15th in rushing defense.
Surprisingly, the Atlanta offense has been really good on the ground which could help them stick around longer than expected. In the end, look for Brissett and Cooper to have another big game while Chubb continues his dominance on the ground.
Prediction: Cleveland 27, Atlanta 21
