The Browns will look to get back on track in Week 5 against the Chargers. Here are the three big storylines heading into the game.

Sunday will mark the biggest test of the Cleveland Browns young season thus far as they play host to Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers. This will be arguably the best offense and defense the Browns have seen all year.

The season won’t be won or lost in Week 5, but it will be a great test as to what we can expect from Cleveland over the next eight weeks until Deshaun Watson makes his season debut.

No. 3: Will Myles Garrett and or Jadeveon Clowney return on Sunday?

The Browns were without both starting EDGE rushers in Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney in last week’s 23-20 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Cleveland would love to have one—  or both — return especially with Justin Herbert slinging the rock.

Garrett missed his first game of the season, not even a full week after his car accident. On Wednesday, Garrett returned to the practice field in a limited fashion and appeared to be just fine.

Clowney has been sidelined for the past two games with an ankle injury he suffered in the brutal loss to the Jets in Week 2. The Browns were on a short week taking on the Steelers on Thursday Night Football, so playing Clowney wasn’t going to be an option.

If both Garrett and Clowney can return to the field, it will be huge for the defense, especially trying to get pressure on Herbert. The potential returns will also alleviate some of the pressure that was put on the young players last week.
