The Cleveland Browns take on the Cincinnati Bengals at FirstEnergy Stadium in Week 8 on Halloween night

Things have not gone as expected this season for the Cleveland Browns, who are 2-5 and have lost their last four games. As for their opponent in Week 8, the Cincinnati Bengals started out 0-2 and have since won four of their last five.

Cincinnati had a huge game in Week 7, scoring 35 points while gaining 537 yards against the Atlanta Falcons. And before discounting their performance due to the opponent, just remember that Atlanta did beat Cleveland.

Having said all that, this could be a huge opportunity for the Browns as they can get back into the AFC North race with a win. It feels like we’ve been saying that a lot lately, but it’s true. Since the North hasn’t been great this season, Cleveland can still find a way to make it interesting.

It won’t be easy even though they’ve won the past four games against their in-state rivals. That includes a huge 41-16 blowout last year and a 21-16 win over the Bengals backups in Week 18.

The Browns will also be without a few starters, including Denzel Ward, Wyatt Teller, and David Njoku. Cincy has its own issues with Ja’Marr Chase out but they still have the majority of their key players suiting up.

It’s the first and only Monday Night Football appearance for Cleveland and it happens to be on Halloween night. Below is all the information you need to catch the game.
