The Cleveland Browns need a big win in Miami to keep their playoff hopes alive and this potential breakout star will need to step up to get the win.

The Cleveland Browns come out of the bye week with a few returning faces from the injury list as they head to Miami to face the Dolphins for a Week 10 matchup. The Dolphins bring an incredibly potent offense to the field and the Cleveland defense will have their hands full on Sunday as they try and contain them.

If the Browns want to win this game they likely will need a big showing from linebacker Deion Jones. Since joining the team, Jones has appeared in the last two games with a mixed bag of results having one bad and one decent game. He has made some nice plays but also showed some rust at times — which is understandable since he didn’t play at all this season until Week 7.

With Jerimiah Owusu-Koramoah still out with an injury, a lot will be put on the plate of Jones and fellow linebacker Sione Takitaki. But Jones has shown in the past — and a little against the Bengals — that he has the physical tools to be a difference-maker.

He has the speed and athleticism to make plays in the passing game as well as the ability to blitz and pressure the quarterback. With the weapons on the outside for the Dolphins finding ways to lock down the underneath routes and pressure the quarterback will be key for the upset.

Jones has been getting himself up to speed since the trade but seems poised and has the tools to break out for the Browns.
