Browns vs. Bucs: Early odds, prediction for Week 12
By Randy Gurzi
The Cleveland Browns (3-7) host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-5) in Week 12. Here’s an early look at the odds as well as a final score prediction.
It sounds like a broken record at this point but the Cleveland Browns need to put another loss behind them as they face another strong opponent. Now in Week 12, they will be back at home with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers heading to FirstEnergy Stadium.
In Week 11, the Browns lost to the Buffalo Bills who were led by one of the best young quarterbacks in the game, Josh Allen. Now, they host Tom Brady who should go down as the best ever.
It’s the end of an incredibly daunting stretch of the season and they’ll also get Deshaun Watson back in Week 13 as they take on Houston. Still, they can’t look past this one if they hope to get another win and stop the recent free fall.
Tampa Bay won the Super Bowl following the 2020 season but they look nothing like that team as of late. That should help the home team, but they still aren’t favored heading into this one.
Browns vs. Bucs Odds Week 11
Once again, Cleveland is the underdog entering the game. The good news is that it’s not a lopsided number at this point, with Tampa Bay favored by just 3.5 points. The moneyline is at -178 for the Buccaneers and +150 for the Browns. The over/under is at just 42.5 as of Tuesday night
Browns vs. Bucs Prediction Week 12
It’s easy to just give up on Cleveland at this point, especially with the players acting as though they’ve given up. While things seem bleak at the moment, winning can fix a lot. We saw this when Cleveland beat Cincinnati and with Deshaun Watson’s return to the field just days away, look for them to somehow steal a close one, suddenly making things seem smooth again.
Prediction: Browns 26, Bucs 24
