NFL Insider says that Browns coach Kevin Stefanski is safe

There has been a lot of conversation about Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski this week, but one insider says his job is safe.
The Cleveland Browns lost their ninth game of the season on Christmas Eve, which has led to a lot of fans being unhappy with the head coach. Some have called for Kevin Stefanski to lose his job following the loss to the Saints while others have continued to support him.
As head coach of the Cleveland Browns Stefanski has an overall record of 26-23 (including 1-1 in the postseason).
NFL insider Benjamin Allbright has weighed in on Twitter about possible coaching changes for the Browns.
"“Stefanski is safe but they will be making some changes to that staff” -Benjamin Allbright"
Allbright was then asked as a follow-up who they could consider for defensive coordinator if that is the change they make to the staff.
"“I think it depends on who is available, I wouldn’t be surprised if they poked around Jim Leonhard” -Benjamin Allbright"
It makes sense that the team would give Stefanski a full season with his franchise quarterback especially with Watson saying Stefanski was a big part of his choosing Cleveland. The Browns gave up a lot and paid a lot of money to have Watson play for them so you best believe that he has a say in who the coach is.
Only time will tell if Stefanski gets a fourth season, especially with two games to go, but he has a strong case for giving him another year. With Jacoby Brissett at quarterback, he managed to make the offense one of the most efficient in the NFL.
This leads you to believe that with a talent like Watson after shaking off the rust he should be able to take it to another level.
