3 possible Cleveland Browns offensive free agent targets

Browns FA target No. 1: Parris Campbell, wide receiver, Indianapolis Colts
Parris Campbell should be an option for the Browns for all the same reasons as Mecole Hardman but with a much smaller price tag. Campbell didn’t do much for the Colts in his first three seasons but has looked pretty good this season with 57 catches for 581 yards and 3 touchdowns.
The former Ohio State Buckeye has more than enough speed to make defenses respect him vertically something he showed off at the combine by running a 4.31 40-yard dash. One concern with Campbell is his injury history though he hasn’t really had any major injuries leaving lasting effects he has missed some time the previous three seasons as a result.
As a result, it would make Campbell one of the best cost-effective options for the Browns to add speed via free agency. The role for Campbell wouldn’t be a large one which could make the injury concerns less likely to happen. Behind Amari Cooper, Donovan Peoples-Jones, and David Njoku there wouldn’t be a ton of pressure for Campbell overall.
If they signed him to a prove-it deal it would leave plenty of room to make much-needed additions to the defensive side of the ball.
