3 moves that will take the Cleveland Browns to the Super Bowl in 2023

Move No. 1 – Help for Myles Garrett
There are a lot of things that Myles Garrett does that drive me absolutely crazy, but there is still no doubt he is the best player the Cleveland Browns have had since 1999. I’m still not sold that Joe Woods was the problem but for the sake of this roster (especially Garrett) a change needed to be made.
One thing that appears certain, Jadeveon Clowney will not be a Cleveland Brown in 2023, even though Berry will continue to pay him with void years in his contract. And while I don’t always love the effort that Garrett gives, the guy is going to need some help if you want to continue to utilize him.
I think Chase Winovich and Alex Wright are great guys for your third and fourth defensive end, but the Browns need to bring in an experienced pass rusher to pair alongside Garrett. Even if this person can play 20 to 30 snaps a game it will take a ton of pressure off Garrett who sees more double teams than any other pass rusher in the league.
Berry will likely fall in love with a guy like Clelin Ferrell who was a former first-round pick, but I would love to see him go bigger with someone like Yannick Ngakoue or even someone older like William Gholston Carlos Dunlap.
What I see playing out is Berry drafting an offensive lineman early to help fix his issues and going to free agency and signing a veteran presence at defensive end. The new offensive lineman will likely be a backup, but whoever comes in at defensive end will play a major role in the 2023 defense.
