No 2: Mike Morris, DE

Mike Morris fits another positional need for the Cleveland Browns and was another force on that excellent Michigan defensive line. Morris finished last season with 23 tackles and seven sacks with a forced fumble. He too possesses the size that NFL teams are looking for in edge rushers standing at 6’6 and 290 pounds.

The former four-star recruit from Delray, Florida should be a day two pick as his production on the field matches a very good work ethic and character off of it. Morris excelled at stetting the edge on defense and played the run extremely well. This from Pro Football Network:

"“Morris’ raw strength allows him to slab and stonewall moving blockers, maintaining the line. Beyond that, he’s able to set a strong edge, hold positioning, and then timely deconstruct and wrap up ball carriers who enter his reach.”"

Morris could be an excellent rotational piece to add to the Browns defensive line with Alex Wright and Myles Garrett while contributing early in his career. GM Andrew Berry has to improve the talent on the defensive line and players like Morris and Smith will surely get looks from Browns personnel.
