1. D.J. Chark

While Jarvis Landry would be my personal favorite wide receiver target for the Cleveland Browns in free agency this offseason, I think D.J. Chark would be the best addition in terms of talent and fit. Chark has the potential to be the total package. The 6-foot-4 former LSU Tiger ran a 4.34 in the 40-yard dash at the Combine, has five years of NFL experience (including a 1,000-yard season), and is still just 26 years old.

As a quarterback, Watson has typically excelled when pushing the ball down the field. That happens to be exactly where Chark thrives. He uses his combination of size and speed to beat defenders deep in the secondary, often finishing these plays for touchdowns. He has a career yards per reception average of 14.4, proving his effectiveness as a deep threat.

With his deep ball prowess, Chark should be a great complement to Cooper and Peoples-Jones and a perfect target for Watson moving forward. Watson always had a high level of comfort and confidence with guys like Will Fuller V and Brandin Cooks throughout his playing career, and Chark could be the next guy to fill that role in the, sure-to-be, "new-look" Browns offense.
