Other teams have named Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry as the 'most aggressive' GM in trade discussions and free agency. But will it be enough to lure high-end talent to Cleveland?

The combine isn't just about the NFL draft. It's where general managers from around the league lay the foundations for offseason trades, draft trades, and signing free agents. Other general managers and agents have identified Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry as the most aggressive GM in trade talks and free agency.

Berry has shown up to the combine laser-focused on filling needs in the Browns roster by any means necessary.

The Browns have identified needs at defensive line, nickel corner, and inside linebacker. They could use another high-end wide receiver as well. So, to see other teams recognize Berry as the most aggressive general manager when filling needs is good news for fans.

Cleveland has been linked to several free agents at the combine. Most recently defensive end Brandon Graham and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox might be interested in reuniting with Browns defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz. The interest may be mutual as the Browns need a veteran to bolster the defensive line.

Given the recent hire of Bill Musgrave as Senior Offensive Assistant, the Browns may also be in the market for a tight end. Current tight ends David Njoku and Harrison Byrant have not exactly set the NFL on fire the past two seasons. Adding a solid receiving tight end would be a good move. There are plenty in free agency to chase.

Andrew Berry has been aggressive in the past in free agency. Like all general managers, he has hit on some and missed others. But let it not be said that Berry does not try. He is already earning recognition from his peers as the hardest-working man at the combine. Some have even been heard to say "Does he sleep?"

Berry, it seems, will not rest until the Browns are where they need to be. Browns fans know, with Berry at the helm, that they can rest easy.
