Breakfast with Brownie
By Mike
Good Morning Browns Fans and Happy Hump Day!!!!
So the big news coming out of Berea yesterday, was the signing of former Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Hanie.

With Brandon Weeden out with a concussion, and Jason Campbell’s status still up in the air, the Browns front office felt it was necessary to bring in another guy in case Weeden or Campbell can’t go in New England on Sunday. Look for newly signed Alex Tanney and Caleb Hanie to compete for the starting job next Sunday if those two can’t suit up.
Browns cornerback Joe Haden sat down with 92.3’s the Bull and Fox, and talked about everything from him going against the best wide receivers in the league to quarterback Tim Tebow, and lastly, if he wants to end his career in Cleveland. When Haden was asked bluntly if he would like Tim Tebow on the Browns, he praised Tebow for being a great guy, a nice guy, who he spent three years with at Florida. With that being said, he wouldn’t want Tebow on the Browns, and alluded to the fact he doesn’t believe he is an NFL caliber quarterback.
In regards to finishing his career with the Cleveland Browns, Haden said he absolutely wants to finish his career in the place it started and talked about being a part of building the program into a winner. Haden said he has spoken to safety T.J. Ward, and they want to say they were here when the cupboard was bare, and losing repeatedly, to being a part of the success that they believe is inevitably coming if the core group stays together.
Well let’s hope the winning starts soon, because Directv should be paying me for the Sunday Ticket subscription at this point!!!!

Browns cornerback Joe Haden on the Bull and Fox show when asked if he wanted to finish his career with the Cleveland Browns. “I would love to here my whole career, we can have something special.”
Browns coach Rob Chudzinski if there is a curse or some sort of mystery about why the Browns just cannot win on a consistent basis. “There’s no mystery, there’s not a curse, it’s not a matter of bad luck,” Chudzinski said. “There’s tangible reasons why we lost that game. We made critical mistakes and breakdowns that we can control as coaches and as players.”
