Daily Dawg Tags: Callaway won’t let Cleveland Browns down

Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the news you need to know to keep up with the Cleveland Browns, today’s stories include Callaway saying he wont disappoint
The rookie minicamp started last week for the Cleveland Browns, and while it was fairly quiet, it was nice to see the rookies in uniform taking part in some organized practices. We also got to hear more from them as players were fielding questions the whole week.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield let us all know he’s ready to play, and wants to compete — even if head coach Hue Jackson wants him to sit in his rookie year. We also heard fourth-round pick Antonio Callaway speak up, and own, his previous mistakes.
Callaway was a risky pick, but says he won’t let the team who showed faith in him down.
There were also some bruises as No. 4 overall pick Denzel Ward was pulled from the end of the first practice. Coach Jackson said that was mainly for precautionary reasons thankfully.
