Daily Dawg Tags: Cleveland Browns are full of optimism

The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to keep up with your favorite team, including their bright optimism
The Cleveland Browns are suddenly a team feeling optimistic about the 2018 NFL Season.
The reason for that positive feeling is clear as they have added a lot of talent this offseason. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor, running back Carlos Hyde and receiver Jarvis Landry have the offense in much better shape than last season.
Then on defense, the team added cornerback Denzel Ward and safety Damarious Randall. There’s also a ton of hope that edge rusher Myles Garrett can take that next step and become a dominate force at defensive end.
Heck, the future even looks bright as they spent the No. 1 overall pick on quarterback Baker Mayfield, who will eventually take over for Taylor.
So much optimism that the team’s official website even wrote an article that contained some form of the word ‘optimism’ four times. Yet that just didn’t feel like real optimism.
But maybe I read too much into it. Be the judge for yourself as that piece and more are featured in this morning’s Daily Dawg Tags.
