Mark Wahlberg bets on Cleveland Browns to win at least 6 games in 2018
"“Despite the Browns’ historically poor record over the course of the previous two seasons — including an 0-16 campaign in 2017 — there’s reason to believe Wahlberg’s bet could pay off. It may not be with Mayfield behind center, however, as Cleveland head coach Hue Jackson will rely on an influx of recently acquired veterans, including quarterback Tyrod Taylor, wide receiver Jarvis Landry and safety Damarious Randall.”"
The actor said he placed money on the Browns to win at least six games in 2018. With all the additions this offseason, it seems like he has a good chance to win that bet.
Way too early Browns 2019 7-Round Mock Draft
The Cleveland Browns have done a great job trying to fix their roster and this much too early mock looks at how they can continue that rebuild. It’s early, yes. But these are some potential names to keep an eye on during 2018.
Cleveland Browns 2018 Training Camp: Cornerback preview — Scott Patsko, Cleveland.com
"“Last season’s Week 1 starters — Jason McCourty and Jamar Taylor — are gone. That duo played the most snaps at cornerback for the Browns in 2017. GM John Dorsey went to work in free agency, signing E.J. Gaines and T.J. Carrie, then used two draft picks on cornerbacks, including fourth overall selection Denzel Ward.”"
While there was a lot of turnover, no position looks more different in 2018 than the cornerback spot. The Browns have added a lot of talent to that side with the potential of having a brand new top-three in the secondary.
