The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, like Jarvis Landry giving his opinion on Baker Mayfield’s play last weekend
We all watched in horror as everything fell apart for the Cleveland Browns in Week 13 against the Houston Texans. It was about as bad as one could imagine, with quarterback Baker Mayfield even throwing three picks in those 30 minutes.
Then we all watched the second half with one question — how would Mayfield respond?
The answer? Like a pro. Mayfield came out and played sensational football in the second half. It wasn’t enough to get the win, but it showed that he can put disaster behind him and lead his team.

"“He is resilient. Obviously, he has a short-term memory with those types of things. It is always high risk, high reward when you are trying to make plays. We stand behind him. We support him. I think that if we can limit turnovers, we have better opportunities of winning, but you can’t make big plays if you are not trying to create them either.”"
Landry was praising the way Baker Mayfield put his rough first half last week behind him. That’s not easy for anyone, especially a rookie. This is just further proof that Mayfield has won over the entire team.
"Antonio Callaway’s talent is obvious. The speed, the balance, the strength, the hands. It was all on display Sunday against the Texans. How many other players can gain 70-plus yards on back-to-back plays? Not many."
There have been great plays and some rough ones for Antonio Callaway. He’s still incredibly young, but this kid is always one second away from a big gain.
