The Cleveland Browns have been one of the teams most often predicted as a landing spot if the New York Giants decide to trade wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this off-season.
Beckham has connections in Cleveland and multiple Browns players have been attempting to recruit the wide receiver to Cleveland – even though their efforts to recruit a player currently under contract is practically pointless.
Beckham’s former LSU teammate is Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry, who has been one of the players making it known that he wants Beckham in Cleveland. Their wide receiver coach at LSU, Adam Henry, is also currently the Browns wide receiver’s coach.

The connections are there and Beckham worked out with several Browns players last off-season, fueling the speculation that he wants to become a Cleveland Brown.

The Cleveland offense would be taken to the next level if they were able to complete a trade for Beckham. However, there are more important holes to fill on the roster currently that would make trading multiple draft picks an issue. But if the Browns were able to fill those holes before the draft, then a Beckham trade should be under consideration.
