The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including Freddie Kitchens not buying the Browns’ “fluff.”

The Cleveland Browns are entering the 2019 season as the most hyped team and the team with some of the biggest expectations in the NFL.

With a roster full of talented players, the Browns are expected to have their best season since the team returned to Cleveland in 1999. But with a roster that lacks much postseason experience, it may be more difficult than expected for the Browns to reach the playoffs.

The Browns are still a young team that has not faced many expectations in their careers. That will obviously change when they take the field for the upcoming season.

Freddie Kitchens: ‘I’ve done the research; have you?’ – Steve Doerschuk, The Canton Repository

"“We’re a bunch of good players,” Kitchens said. “All these good players have come from different places, and they haven’t been in the playoffs much. They haven’t won in the playoffs.“We haven’t done anything.”"

The Browns front office made it a priority this offseason to add veterans across the entire roster, especially veterans with playoff experience. By adding those types of players, the Browns are set up to be prepared for the long run in 2019, which the team hopes lasts into 2020.

Browns sign C Lo Falemaka – ClevelandBrowns.com

"Falemaka (6-5, 303) is an undrafted rookie out of Utah and played in 35 career games with 22 starts. He’s a two-time honorable mention All-Pac-12 selection (2018-17), who initially walked on at Utah. Falemaka is a native of West Valley City, Utah."

Arguably the biggest weakness on the Browns roster is along the offensive line, with their depth being the most notable issue. But with news of the team’s workouts and signing of Falemaka on Monday, it’s obvious the Browns are looking to resolve their depth issue.
