Wide Receiver (6): Odell Beckham, Jr., Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins, Derrick Willies, Damion Ratley, Braxton Miller

One of the main reasons not to be too concerned about the struggles Cleveland had on offense in Week 3 is the fact that Odell Beckham, Jr. and Jarvis Landry were both on the sidelines. OBJ hasn’t played at all this preseason, which isn’t ideal considering he needs to learn his new team — but considering how many teams lose players to injury in a meaningless game, it’s understandable.

Behind the two big-name pass catchers is Rashard Higgins, who continues to excel as a route runner. He’s made several big plays this preseason as he enters a contract year. Normally, he would be fighting with Antonio Callaway for snaps, but with the second-year player suspended for four games, Higgins is the clear-cut No. 3 option.

Derrick Willies had a good rapport with Baker Mayfield last season as an undrafted rookie which gives him a leg up over other receivers. He’s also gifted with unique size. Right now, he’s the No. 4 guy and Damion Ratley gets a shot to win the fifth spot. A sixth-round pick last season, Ratley has the kind of deep speed the team will be missing while Callaway is out.

Lastly, there’s Braxton Miller who just does make the cut for the 53-man roster. Normally, he wouldn’t be included but Nathan Zegura said during the pregame that he believes the team likes him for his special teams ability. He may not stick once Callaway comes back, but he’s a versatile player who can help.
