3. Jordan Mills, Arizona Cardinals

Starting right tackle Chris Hubbard hopes to return in Week 4 after missing Week 3 against Los Angeles. In his place on Sunday was Justin McCray, who was added at the end of the preseason in a trade with the Green Bay Packers.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

McCray wasn’t terrible but he’s a better fit at guard than he is tackle. As for Hubbard, he’s paid like a solid starter but he’s struggled since joining the Browns last season and it might be time to bring someone in who can push him for snaps.

That leads to looking at someone such as Jordan Mills of the Arizona Cardinals. Currently playing behind Justin Murray, Mills is a seventh-year veteran with 83 career starts to his name. He was a starting right tackle for the Chicago Bears in 2013 and 2014 before taking on the same role with the Buffalo Bills from 2015 through 2018.

As for Arizona, they have started him in one game so far but could be willing to deal him for a draft pick considering they’re a young team that’s trying to build around their talented quarterback Kyler Murray.

Mills isn’t a well-known name and isn’t a threat to make the Pro Bowl, but he knows how to do his job and could give Cleveland an upgrade at the right tackle position — something they sorely need.
