4. Chris Harris Jr., Cornerback, Denver Broncos

Projected contract per overthecap.com: 2 years- $13m avg/yr, $13m guaranteed, $26m total

Chris Harris, Jr. has been known as a lock-down corner for a few years now; however, he is coming off the worst season of his career. His coverage grade, 66.8 on 638 coverage snaps per PFF, was just above average. His 69.9 season grade was good for the number 34 corner in the league, dropping from 85.5 (third) and 79.1 (19th) in 2018 and 2017 respectively.

However, Harris played mostly outside corner last season, and his success stems from playing in the slot and being able to bump outside if he needs to. So, the Browns would want to use him mostly in the slot if they want the type of player that has been shut down his entire career.

The Browns may be hesitant to shell out $13m per year to a 31-year-old corner whose best days are behind him. However, if the Browns intend to play to his strengths, he is very much worth the money. And they do have the opening after letting T.J. Carrie go recently.

The Browns must play Harris to his strengths if this is a deal they want to make, and they should.
