The Cleveland Browns are being viewed as a playoff contender in 2020, despite putting together a new front office and a new coaching staff this offseason. The main reason why the Browns are viewed as contenders is because of the talent on the offensive side of the ball.

With the addition of tight end Austin Hooper in free agency, the Browns have top-end talent at all of the offensive skill positions. And because the Browns improved their offensive line as well, it will be easier for Baker Mayfield to move the ball around the field.

However, with so much top-end talent and only one ball to go around, egos may become an issue at some point. If players are unable to get the ball often, then they may become disgruntled about their role in the offense.

In today’s featured article, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said the ball distribution in the offense is something that has been on his mind.

Kevin Stefanski admits ‘how you divvy that pie up’ with Browns’ offensive talent is on his mind – Mary Kay Cabot, Cleveland.com

"He acknowledged that potentially too many skill players is a good problem to have.“We’re fortunate enough to have players at each of those levels that can affect the game, but it’s definitely on our mind of how you divvy that pie up and how you design plays,‘’ he said."

Although the Browns have superstar talent on the offensive side of the ball, their skill players are generally guys who just want to win. It will be difficult for Stefanski to get the ball to all of his skill players throughout a game, so some players are going to have to make sacrifices during games.
