Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb has quickly established himself as one of the best running backs in the NFL in just two seasons. After an impressive rookie season, Chubb followed it up by being 46 yards short of winning the rushing title in 2019.

Chubb shows a rare blend of speed, strength, and balance, which has allowed him to be a dominant force in the Browns backfield. Even without consistently being given the football, Chubb breaks off big run after big run.

Now in his third season, the expectations continue to grow for Chubb. After finishing as the second top rusher in the NFL, the hope is Chubb can take the next step and become the league leading rusher.

Today’s featured article explains even after two dominant seasons for Chubb and now a new regime, Chubb’s future looks even brighter.

Is ceiling higher for RB Nick Chubb under new Browns regime? – Grant Gordon, NFL.com

"However, Vikings running back Dalvin Cook turned in a star-making performance under Stefanski, as well, so it’s easy to surmise another sensational season for Nick Chubb. That, in turn, begs the question of just how high the ceiling is for Chubb, who has churned out an amazing start to his career already."

Chubb’s skills make him a fit in nearly every offensive scheme, as he has the talent to be a top rusher in any offense. However, Chubb is a natural fit in Kevin Stefanski’s wide zone rushing scheme, as he has the vision and the patience to find the open running lanes, which is why his future is even brighter with Stefanski as head coach.

Jarvis Landry put together an impressive 2019 season even though he was dealing with the hip injury all season. With a fully recovered hip and even more chemistry with Mayfield, Landry could be positioned for an even better season in 2020.
