T.J. Watt

Both the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers have tremendous players on their respective rosters. However, just as the Browns have an absolute game wrecker in Myles Garrett, the Steelers have their own game wrecker in T.J. Watt. The two alphas will always be compared to one another because of the teams they play for and the draft in which they were selected.

Furthermore, Watt has made a habit of wrecking the game when he plays against the Browns in particular. It could even be argued that Watt is the main reason that the Browns signed right tackle Jack Conklin in free agency. That is the kind of impact Watt can have on an opposing team.

Watt is coming off a stellar 2019 campaign that saw him named a first-team All-Pro. Watt’s 14.5 sacks, 14 tackles for loss, eight forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and two interceptions were more than enough to cement his status as one of the most impactful defenders in the NFL.

So far this season, Watt has notched four and a half sacks through the Steelers first four games. Watt also has eight tackles for loss as well as an interception. Even with the addition of Conklin, the Browns will need to game plan around Watt and his game wrecking tendencies.
