5. Browns total 250 yards on the ground

There was some good news and some bad news over the weekend for the Browns as Baker Mayfield was placed on the COVID-19 list which has his availability in doubt. Of course, as was already stated, Mayfield could be cleared by Wednesday to play and there’s hope that will be the case. That was clearly the bad news, but the good news was in regards to running back Nick Chubb.

The No. 2 rusher in the NFL in 2019, Chubb has been out since suffering a knee injury against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. That could change as Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network says the team has designated him for return from the IR with hopes that he can suit up against the Texans. For Chubb, it’s hard to think of a better opponent to get back on the field against.

Heading into Week 10, the Texans are the worst defense in the NFL against the run, surrendering 159.5 yards per game according to ESPN.com. Even without Chubb, the Browns would have a field day but with him, look for the combination of him and Kareem Hunt to dominant the day with more than 250 yards on the ground. Cleveland entered this season wanting to be a run-oriented team and they have had to adjust some with No. 24 out. Sunday should be a return to the plan they had entering the season.
