Jets get first win of the season at home against the Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins travel up to New York to face the Jets on Sunday. It sure would be a miracle if the Jets finally got their first win this season, and if that happened it would also go to benefit the Browns as well.

Miami surprisingly struggled last week against the Denver Broncos. All of the positive momentum that rookie quarterback had going for himself seemed to come to a screeching halt as he was benched late in the game for veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Dolphins’ offensive line could do nothing to stop the Broncos’ pass rush as they had nearly constant pressure on the quarterback all game long.

The Jets are unanimously the worst team in the NFL as they remain winless with a record of 0-10. They haven’t been able to get anything going for most of the season but seem to be possibly turning a page. Their past two losses have been close as they lost both games by less than a touchdown. The Jets are at least able to stay in games now which shows progress. Maybe they can take the next step forward and get their first victory of the season.

Cleveland would benefit from the Jets upsetting the Dolphins because the Dolphins are currently only a single game back from the Browns. If the Jets can get their first win of the season it would be great for the chances of the Browns to retain their position in the wild card standings.
