4 Blockbuster trades the Cleveland Browns can make in 2021

2. Von Miller, EDGE
There’s a really good chance the Denver Broncos are going to be changing coaching staff once again this coming season as they were eliminated from the playoffs on Saturday — or at least they officially were as no one really thought they were going for a while now.
With that being the case, there could be a lot of changes to the team. Denver will be needing to rebuild and one way to do that is to send off their talented players in exchange for draft picks and the added cap space. And as hard as it would be for them to admit, that could mean Von Miller might be on the way out.
The former Super Bowl MVP had his lowest sack total since 2013 last season when he had eight for the year. Then in 2020, he suffered a severe ankle injury that cost him the entire campaign. Even before the injury, there were rumors Denver could be interested in moving Miller and another season without a playoff berth could lead to them pulling the trigger.
For the Browns, Miller would replace Olivier Vernon — assuming he does leave in free agency. If healthy, he could be an upgrade as well, considering Miller was once considered one of the top-five edge rushers in the NFL.
It could be a risk, but that could also mean the price to acquire him wouldn’t be too steep. And the reward, if it does work, would be well worth it.
