2. Rashard Higgins, Wide Receiver

Predicted to sign with Titans for $10 million over two years

Coming in at No. 101 on the list is wide receiver Rashard Higgins. In this prediction, Higgins heads to the Tennessee Titans to replace Corey Davis. Of course, Davis isn’t technically gone yet but the soon-to-be free agent comes in at No. 25 and the PFF crew predicts he will land with the Washington Football Team on a four-year deal worth $65 million.

Should that come to fruition, the Titans would then turn to Higgins and offer him a $10 million over two seasons. For Tennessee, this would be a solid move since they are a run-first team behind Derrick Henry and already have a No. 1 wideout in A.J. Brown.

For that reason, they’re not likely to get into a bidding war for Davis and the savings for Higgins would be well worth it in their eyes. Having said that, Higgins has become a fan-favorite and just recorded 599 yards — a career-high — this past season.

Seeing him leave would be difficult after watching him grow into the player he is, but the belief is that the Browns want to get faster out wide. If so, Higgins — who they seemed reluctant to re-sign last season — could be on the way out.
