19. K’Waun Williams – San Francisco 49ers – 29

Williams had two very good seasons in Cleveland before an ugly exit due to an injury, the disparity of which was disputed. He missed all of 2016, but has been quite productive over the past four years with the Niners. If he were open to returning, he’d certainly be a valuable member of the secondary.

18. Gareon Conley – Houston Texans – 25

The 24th overall pick in 2017, Conley disappointed with the Las Vegas Raiders, eventually being traded for a 2020 third-rounder. He hasn’t been bad, he just hasn’t developed as hoped. An injury kept him out for the entire 2020 season, and he hits the market with his value at a low. He’s still extremely talented, and perhaps reuniting with Ward would help him regain his Ohio State form.

17. Kevin King – Green Bay Packers – 25

King was beaten up in the NFC Championship Game loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but that could just serve to tank his market, leading to his next team discovering some solid value. He’s 6-3 with 4.43 speed, which is not something that you see very often. He’s a man corner who excels in the red zone, but struggles when playing off-zone, something that may take him off Cleveland’s list.
