Week 10 @ New England – Nov. 14

After a four-game winning streak, the Browns will head to New England to face a Patriots team that is continuing to rebuild. While they spent a boatload of money in free agency this offseason, I’m not sure anyone believes they are ready to be playoff contenders.

Look for this to be an off week for the Browns and Mayfield to get caught up in the scheming by Bill Belichick.  It will be a close game, but one of the more frustrating ones to watch this year. Not to mention the one you are kicking yourself over at the end of the season.

Prediction: 21-17 Patriots.

Week 11 vs. Detroit – Nov. 21

While the Detroit Lions got a ton in return for Matthew Stafford, this is a team that will be in major rebuild mode in 2021. Jared Goff can be a good quarterback on a great team, but he won’t be able to carry the Detroit Lions. This is a team I expect to be picking in the top five again next offseason.

This is just what the Browns need after a tough outing the previous week vs. the Patriots. Look for the offense and defense to get back in sync and play an extremely clean game and come away with one of their easier wins in 2021.

Prediction: 34-21 Browns.

After 11 games, the Browns will be sitting at 8-3, with a 2-0 record in the division. No matter what happens, with 4 divisional games left, the most important football is still ahead of them.
