5 Cleveland Browns players who are key to beating Packers

Cleveland Browns Key Player No. 2: Jeremiah Owusu Koramoah
Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, the rookie linebacker out of Notre Dame, has had a very good season to begin his Browns career. His eye for the ball and his speed along with his outstanding tackling techniques has made believers out of most fans of the team. I’ve found myself watching the defensive plays and specifically watching No. 28, his jersey number as plays develop.
Usually, he’s right near or involved in the play. He forced a fumble in Monday’s game against the Raiders. I’m waiting for the game that he forces a fumble and then returns it for six points because that’s definitely going to happen in his future.
Owusu- Koramoah had a game-high 13 tackles a few weeks back when the Browns lost a close game to the Ravens. He’s averaging five tackles a game. He’s had one and a half sacks on the season. If defensive coordinator Joe Woods is willing to take a few risks Saturday, then he needs to give him a green light to the quarterback.
Cleveland Browns Key Player No. 1: Jarvis Landry
Jarvis Landry has been sidelined due to Covid these last two weeks but will be heavily involved in the game plan on Christmas Day. His overall season numbers are way down compared to previous years in his career.
He’s only at 397 yards with just one touchdown catch. He seems though to be coming out of his shell a bit in the last two games he played against the Ravens. He had a season-high 111 yards receiving in one game and the other, he caught five passes including that touchdown catch.
Landry has only competed against the Packers once in his career. When he played for the Miami Dolphins in his rookie campaign back in 2014, he had six receptions for 75 yards, including a touchdown in the Dolphins’ loss to the Packers that day.
If the Browns could get that type of performance from him on Saturday, it might go a long way to a team win.
