5 Bold Cleveland Browns predictions for Week 2 against Jets

2. This time, Chubb scores twice
Both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt proved to be a problem for the Panthers in Week 1. Chubb finished the day with 141 yards on 22 carries while Hunt added 46 on the ground and 24 as a receiver.
Hunt also found his way into the end zone twice. First, it was a one-yard touchdown reception from Brissett. Later, he took a handoff 24 yards to the house for his second score of the day.
Cleveland’s running backs are not only dominant, but they’re completely unselfish. Both have had tremendous success in the NFL, including Hunt who won the rushing title in 2017. Despite his level of talent as a runner, he proved he will do whatever is asked of him as he was out there throwing blocks as a fullback when asked.
This week, they should both get plenty of looks once again — and they should continue to be on the field together plenty, which was a nice wrinkle. However, this bold prediction is that Chubb is the one that crosses the goal line multiple times.
Hunt could end up scoring once again, since he does constantly find the end zone, but Chubb will at least match the two his partner had in their season opener down in Charlotte.
