Cleveland Browns News: Draft strategy revealed?

There are a lot of guesses out there as to who the Cleveland Browns will pick in the upcoming draft, but maybe the answer has been in front of us all along.
Before the Odell Beckham, Jr. trade, there were ties between the Browns and Mississippi State defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons at No. 17. He then tore his ACL which means he most likely won’t be drafted that high — which could open the door back up for Cleveland to grab him with their first pick.
Simmons may miss his entire rookie season but has top-20 talent. The Browns also aren’t in dire need at the position with Larry Ogunjobi and Sheldon Richardson on hand, but this could be a big move to build for the future.

The Browns added Adarius Taylor and have Genard Avery on staff as well but Darron Lee could be another weapon that could be had for a decent price on draft day.
