Chalk this one up in the win column folks, yeah things didn’t look great and that QB sitiuation needs to be resolved, tomorrow, but we’ll take the win anyways. The defense contiunes to look good, and I know what the smarta$$ Bengals fans will say, “Oh well Carson Palmer wasn’t in the game so it was unfair for us.” Yeah well that’s true but Derek Anderson contiunes to make poor choices nearly every down, my only question is what the hell does Romeo Crennel think by playing Anderson over Brady Quinn.
*Oh hey suck it Bengals fans, all of whom told [...]

Browns 20 Bungals 12
Braylon Edwards, told reporters Wednesday that he has been “pressing” too much this season. Braylon hopes to just unwind and have some fun in the coming weeks, and what better team to start against than the lowly Cinncinasty Bungals.
Well one can only hope that Braylon has some fun and the team performs like week 2 last season, it may just be what the team needs.
Well if I needed more reasons to hate the Baltimore Ravens then i surely got my fix today. Seems that those crybabies over there think that a few Browns players purposly gouged the eye of RB Willis McGahee.
The Ravens are taking this so seriously that they have sent takes to league office as evidence. They won;t name names but after a review of the tapes it seems that LB Andra Davis is a player in question.
Stay tuned to see what, if any punishiment is handed down.
Despite all the clamoring for quarterback Brady Quinn to make his first career start in the NFL, the Browns have decided to stick with Derek Anderson and his second-worst-in-the-league passer rating…for now. I cannot say that I disagree with this move. Let’s give Anderson another shot against the worst franchise in the history of the universe, and if he can’t get it done for a fourth straight game, I think it would be time to mail it in and gear up for the Quinn Era.
My reasoning is that Donte Stallworth, despite being limited in practice this week, should be able [...]
This stuff is just too good, everyone enjoy. Here’s a better version.
Mid-Week Thoughts On The BUNgals
It seems that the fools over at whodeyfans.com think the Bengals actually stand a chance this week against the Browns, and better yet they think their team is actually far and away better than us. Well lets just see about this.
O-line: Ok so the Browns line has been a bit weak this year, but look at who we’ve played so in that context I don’t think we should start thinking about drafting a O-lineman #1 this coming year. The Bengals on the other hand, hahaha when have they had an O-lineman? What probably not since the days of Anthony Munoz, [...]
Are Romeo’s Days Numbered?
The rumor mill has been aflame the past few hours, with a tasty little nugget getting out there. It seems that Former Steeler’s head coach Bill Cowher has purchased a house in Strongsville, Ohio (which happens to be just south of Berra, where surprise surpise the Brown have their training facilities).
If this happens to be true, it is speculated that Cowher would want to run the show, and not just by being head coach. So it along with Romeo Crennel, Phil Savage would probably be gone too.
I don’t know how I feel about this rumor at this point, and let’s [...]
Finally Some Good News
According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, WR Donte’ Stallworth and G Eric Steinbach should both be back for this week’s game, though they may not both be at 100%.
In a season that has not gone as planned so far, I’ll take whatever good news comes our way.
The Case For Brady
Ok before I go any further let me just state this, I was pumped the day we draft Brady Quinn, and I truly believe that it will be he, not Derek Anderson who leads us to the promise land. So, now as I’m sure all of you are wondering why I think Quinn’s time has come, well I’ll tell you why. It’s the FREAKING Cincinnati Bengals we are playing this week. I mean, I’m pretty sure they don’t know what a secondary is down there. Second, DA has looked bad this year; yeah yeah those D’s were some of the [...]
Here We Go Again…
To say that yesterday’s game didn’t turn out the way I thought/wanted/hoped it would is a vast understatement, I mean I was giving them the benefit of the dought those first two weeks but this week, well that was just plan unacceptable. So without further adu here is a great artle I was able to find that sums up how I’m feeling about this year’s squad to date. Enjoy.
