The Cleveland Browns ruled out four players for their Week 7 road game against the Tennessee Titans, but the news overall on the injury front is extremely positive.
The biggest news on Friday was Mason Graham being removed from the injury report, clearing the way for him to make his return on Sunday. Graham has been out since the first quarter of Cleveland’s Week 4 win over Pittsburgh on Thursday Night Football. He’s been managing a sprained MCL as well as an ankle injury.
Graham’s return should give the Browns’ already dominant defense a significant boost. Despite missing all but one defensive series of the past three games, he still leads the team in sacks (4) and tackles for loss (6).
None of the four players ruled out for the Titans game are surprising. Mike Hall Jr., Kalia Davis, and Teven Jenkins all haven’t practiced for weeks and will remain sidelined. Quarterback Dillon Gabriel is also “out” as the Browns continue to utilize a roster loophole that allows him to practice without filling a 53-man roster spot.
The Browns are, however, listing four players as questionable to suit up on Sunday, including a few big-name defenders with injuries that popped up during the week. Here’s the latest.
Browns are getting healthier despite a crowded injury report
Quincy Williams returns a day after missing practice with a neck injury
The severity of the neck issue that led to Williams being added to the injury report and missing practice on Thursday isn’t yet known, but the fact that he was back on the field on Friday is promising.
It might have been precautionary. Per Zac Jackson of The Athletic, Williams said he was able to practice at full speed with no limitations and will be good to go against the Titans. He’s officially listed as questionable.

Denzel Ward a late addition to the injury report with a hand issue
Ward is also questionable, which is a bit concerning. Cleveland’s top cornerback had avoided the injury report all season, but ESPN’s Daniel Oyefusi reported that a new hand injury forced him to be limited on Friday.
According to Daniel Ruiter of 92.3 The Fan, Ward was spotted in the locker room wearing a wrap on his hand but said, “Yeah, I’m all right.”

Running back Quinshon Judkins set to return after one-game absence
The Browns’ running back room is getting a boost, as Judkins was removed from the injury report. He’s set to lead Cleveland’s backfield after he tweaked his ankle and was held out of last week’s win over the Ravens.
No. 2 running back Dylan Sampson is also trending toward playing after logging practice time all week. He’s listed as questionable, and the Browns will likely make a final decision on his availability by Saturday.
Grant Delpit listed as questionable with a concussion
Delpit practiced for the second day on Friday, which should give him a good shot at clearing the NFL’s five-step concussion protocol and suiting up against the Titans.
The good news here is that the Browns have depth at safety. Rookie Emmanuel McNeil-Warren and veteran Daniel Thomas both played well against Baltimore in Delpit’s absence last week.
